How do I become a Deskpro Partner?
Our Partner team will validate your application, and before being accepted into the program you will need to sign our Partner Agreement.

How much does it cost to be a Deskpro Partner?
Nothing. There is no cost to join the Deskpro Partner Program.
What are the benefits of being a Partner?
Generally, as a Deskpro Partner you will receive:

What are the requirements of the program?
- Application accepted by our Partner team
- Fully signed Deskpro Partner Program Agreement
- Completed all required training courses or sessions
- Referral fee only valid for a new End-Customer of Deskpro
What are the different types of Partnership available?
Partner provide the full sales-cycle to potential new customers, receive a recurring commission for however long the customer stays with Deskpro.
Affiliates earn a one-off referral commission for the 1st year, for recommending Deskpro to clients or website visitors, no need to provide the sales-cycle.
What is the billing model for reselling Deskpro?
Partner Program - the Partner will either request a quote from Deskpro (prior to the purchase) or the End-User will purchase directly from Deskpro (and then raise an invoice to Deskpro for the referral fee).
Affiliate Program - the new customer who has signed up using the Affiliate Link will purchase directly from Deskpro. This is tracked and commission to Affiliate is paid-out via PartnerStack.
Do I need to be an official Partner or Affiliate to resell Deskpro?
In order to qualify for Partner discounts/commission, you must be an authorized Deskpro Partner, having agreed and signed the Partner Agreement with Deskpro before the deal has been closed.
In order to qualify for Affiliate commission, you must sign up for the Deskpro Affiliate Program, and agree to our Affiliate Terms.
How do renewals work?
As a Partner, upon successful renewal of the Deskpro license by your end-customer, you will receive a renewal fee or discount.
As an Affiliate, commission is only for the first 12 months of a new customer joining Deskpro, including any increase in license size across the first 12 months.
