What is the maximum amount I can earn for referring business to Deskpro?
There is no cap on how much you can earn from referrals. However, it’s important to know that you will only be rewarded for new customer referrals. Additionally, self-referrals are not eligible to receive a reward.
How does Deskpro keep track of who I've referred?
You can sign into Deskpro account at any time to view and track your referrals. Rewards will only be paid once your referral becomes a customer.
Do I have to be a Deskpro client to receive referral rewards?
Yes. To be able to receive referral rewards, you must be a customer or user of Deskpro software. We have a partner and affiliate program for those not currently customers of Deskpro.
